Scott Noseda

Director

Scott’s journey in the construction industry started in the late 80’s where he began work for a transportable building company. Initially employed as a draftsman, Scott quickly progressed in the company and began taking on new responsibilities of estimating and site supervision. With this valuable experience, Scott moved into residential construction as a Project Administrator, overseeing 50 house builds at any one time, as well as dealing with all stakeholders from the clients, the sales team, to the local authorities, designers, colour consultants and all contractors involved in delivering project homes. 

In the mid-90s, Scott joined the team at Lancini Property Group, remaining with the company for over 25 years as their Senior Project Manager. His time at Lancini Property Group gained him un-measurable experience in all facets of not only the construction industry, but in the overall Development, Commercial and Retail sectors, ultimately specialising in the design and construction delivery space. Scott was involved in all sorts of projects from housing, multi-residential, industrial, civil and commercial. This covered everything from a $5,000.00 odd job up to a $30M development, shopping centers and hospitality spaces.  

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Scott transitioned into work under his own construction company, launching Noseda Constructions in January 2019. The goals for the business were simple; to create long-lasting and personal relationships with all of our clients, provide strategic solutions for their projects to achieve the best possible result, and deliver high-quality projects and developments consistently. Scott’s approach is very hands-on, and he personally works on all projects to ensure our clients are supported throughout the entire process, from the initial concept right through to turn-key handover.
